Genshin Impact Kazuha Distant Voyage Event Begins

To help prepare for the arrival of the first Inazuma character in Genshin Impact, miHoYo kicked off a Distant Voyage web event for Kazuha Kaedehara. Until July 3, 2024, people can log into their miHoYo account or scan the QR code shared on their PS4 or PS5. Once they are in, they can help Kazuha build a boat. If they do, you’ll get in-game rewards and a wallpaper.

Here’s how it works. If you are AR 10 and log in to the official site, you can participate in the Genshin Impact Distant Voyage event and aid Kazuha. Three times each day, you can create the three parts needed to complete each stage. In each case, you need to periodically visit the site throughout the day and period to check on Kazuha’s crafting progress. As you hit milestones, you will earn unspecified rewards. These will then appear in your mailbox in Genshin Impact.

This is a reference to Kazuha’s state in the game’s story. He’s currently a part of Beidou’s crew in Liyue, despite being the first Inazuma character in Genshin Impact. (This is due to him being in exile.) His insight will help the Traveler and Paimon reach the new region in-game.

Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices. A Switch version is in development. The Genshin Impact Kazuha Distant Voyage event is available until July 3, 2024.
