Creek & River will hold online job interviews that place candidates on one of Atlus’ three production teams. The interviews will take place on four days: September 24-25, 2024 and October 1-2, 2024.
There are 17 job positions available in Atlus, including game programmer, planner, designer, project manager, and character licensor. These interviews will be available for mid-career workers who already have some experience.
These Atlus online job interviews promise a quicker interval to release tentative offers, from the usual 1.5 month-gap to around 19.5 days. Candidates can also specifically apply to enter one of the company’s production teams:
- The 1st production team is in charge of Shin Megami Tensei and Atlus’ other series, such as Devil Survivor and Etrian Odyssey. This is the team currently working on Shin Megami Tensei V.
- The 2nd production team is dedicated to the Persona series. It handled both the mainline RPG series and the Dancing rhythm game spin-offs. The franchise celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2024.
- The 3rd production team is Studio Zero, established more recently to work on an orthodox fantasy RPG currently known as Project Re Fantasy.
Atlus is currently preparing to release its latest flagship title, Shin Megami Tensei V, for Nintendo Switch on November 12, 2024. It will hold a Tokyo Game Show 2024 stream channel with its parent company Sega on October 1-3, 2024.
