You may remember Black Myth: Wukong from back when its debut trailer took the internet by storm. Developed by Chinese studio Game Science, the action RPG put in a second appearance in February of this year, and that trailer pretty much set the gaming world on fire as well.
But this new gameplay video might just be the most impressive demonstration yet. The developer’s calling it an ‘Unreal Engine 5 Gameplay Test’, and the footage is simply jaw-dropping. Both on a technical level and in terms of artistry, this game looks ridiculous. Said video is the definition of a must-watch.
Apparently, Black Myth: Wukong is still set to release on “all mainstream consoles”. We don’t know when it’s coming, but we’re praying that we get some concrete information sooner rather than later.
In the meantime, rub your eyes in disbelief in the comments section below.
