Well, say what you will about Nintendo, but one cannot say that they don’t know how to surprise. While we largely know Nintendo’s first party lineup throughout the rest of the year, with WarioWare: Get It Together!, Metroid Dread and Advance Wars 1 + 2, it seems the company had one last surprise for us, and what a random surprise it was with the return of Big Brain Academy after a 15 year dormancy.
As announced by the company, the franchise will return with Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain. This will mark the first game in the series since Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree that released in 2007. Big Brain Academy will see you engage in several brain teasing puzzles, such as number memorizing and matching, in quick paced minigames. Brain vs Brain looks to be multiplayer focused as you compete against friends, family and other players online with up to 4 players. You can check out the reveal trailer below as well as some samples of the type of gameplay you can expect.
Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain will release on the Nintendo Switch on the same day as Advance Wars 1 + 2: Re-Boot Camp on December 3rd.
