Final Fantasy XIV Community Finder Now Features a Watchlist

Square Enix has announced a new feature for the Final Fantasy XIV Community Finder. Users can now add any potential communities they would like to join to a watchlist through the Lodestone website. The official Japanese Twitter account revealed the inclusion of this feature. Users can use the website to register their own Free Companies and Cross-world Linkshells, or to scout out any communities they could potentially want to join.

The website allows for users to search based on Data Center and World. Additionally, hashtags are also available to further fine-tune any searches made through the Final Fantasy XIV Community Finder. Those who would like to build a community page for Free Company recruitment or to advertise a Cross-world Linkshell will need to log into their account through the Lodestone. This also goes for those who wish to use the watchlist feature.

Square Enix also revealed that as of Patch 5.58 the Aether Data Center will officially be marked as congested. Additionally, login caps for the European Data Centers will raise to accommodate the influx of new players.

Final Fantasy XIV is immediately available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker will release on November 23, 2024. Those who have pre-ordered the expansion will have access on November 19, 2024.
