Final Fantasy XIV Reveals Endwalker Official Benchmark and It’s Coming Tomorrow; Will Let You Create Male Vieras

Square Enix revealed the official benchmark that will be launched to accompany the release of Final Fantasy XIV’s new expansion Endwalker.

Today Square Enix revealed the official benchmark that will be launched to accompany the release of Final Fantasy XIV’s new expansion Endwalker.

As usual, the benchmark showcases several scenes designed to test your PC and provide you with an indication of whether it’ll be able to run Endwalker.

The benchmark will e available tomorrow, July 11, 2024, at 12:00 am PDT or 8:00 am BST depending on where you live

As usual, it’ll include the full character creator which means that you’ll be able to create your first male vieras. The character you create (or your old one, whom you can from the current game) will appear in the benchmark’s cutscene but, of course, you won’t be able to use male vieras in the live game until the expansion launches.

Incidentally, the new Final Fantasy XIV expansion Endwalker will release on November 23, 2024 for PS5, PS4, and PC.

If you’re unfamiliar with Final Fantasy XIV, it’s currently available for PlayStation 4, PS5, and PC. The upgrade to PS5 is offered free of charge to those who own the PS4 version.
