E3 2023 takes place June 12-15 as a re-imagined, all-virtual online event. Nintendo, Xbox, Bethesda, Square Enix, Sega, Bandai Namco, Ubisoft, Capcom, and others will deliver new video game announcements, trailers, release dates, and more.
Square Enix will host its E3 2023 press conference on Sunday, June 13, at 3:15 p.m EDT. The publisher promises updates on several already announced projects, as well a reveal of a brand-new game by Deus Ex and Marvel’s Avengers developer Eidos-Montreal.
Square Enix said to also expect updates on PlatinumGames’ Babylon’s Fall, Marvel’s Avengers, and Life is Strange: True Colors, though fans are looking for more news on Final Fantasy 16, as it’s been a while since our last update on it.
While Final Fantasy 7 Remake fans are likely experiencing the recently released Intergrade upgrade for PlayStation 5, it would be very nice to get an update on when the second part of the game is coming out, but we don’t want to get too ahead of ourselves.
It’s entirely possible that Square Enix announces something completely new and unexpected, so make sure to tune in. You’ll be able to watch Square Enix’s 40-minute showcase on YouTube or Twitch.
