Microsoft recently revealed the titles coming to Games With Gold for July 2024, and now Sony has followed suit, announcing the games coming to PlayStation Plus July 2024 on the PlayStation Blog. A Plague Tale: Innocence will be the PS5 game for the month of July, while the PS4 games will be WWE 2K Battlegrounds and Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. The games will be available starting July 6th.
July’s titles will replace Star Wars: Squadrons and Operation Tango, which will continue to be available to users until July 6th. June’s other free title, Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown, will continue to be free until August 2nd, along with July’s other PlayStation Plus titles.
It’s an impressive lineup for PlayStation fans, offering one of the most popular shooters around in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, an excellent fighting game, a surprisingly good arcade-style wrestling brawler, and one of the best narrative titles of 2019, which will see a higher framerate, better resolution, and faster loading times on PS5.
All told, there’s plenty to be excited about if you’re a PlayStation Plus subscriber in July. Just make sure you grab Star Wars: Squadrons and Operation Tango before they’re gone, if you haven’t already.
