King’s Bounty 2 Choices And Consequences Guide

King's Bounty 2 Choices And Consequences Guide
King’s Bounty II has a number of branching conversations and dialogue options. This King’s Bounty 2 Choices And Consequences Guide lists all of the difference choices we’ve encountered while playing the game with a breakdown of the consequences and impact of the decisions you make.

For our play through we played as the character Aivor. Depending on the character you play, the exact contents of the wording may differ and some choices may not be available. However, for the most part, it’s similar dialogue with similar choices and consequences. We’re focusing primarily on the immediate aftermath of your decisions, as it’s a huge game and it would be impossible to understand the implication of every decision further down the line. However, for the most part, it’s minor differences. Changes in rewards, different dialogue, etc. There are some big changes but as long as you’re reading the dialogue, they are very clear. We suggest making a save before every major decision just in case you change your mind.

Important Note: Reward tables in King’s Bounty 2 are randomized, to an extent. This means that while I have legendary item X as a reward, you may get another. You can save before handing in or completing quests and then reload, if the original reward was not the one listed.

King’s Bounty 2 Choices And Consequences Guide

Attack The Humans Or Attack The Dwarves (Axes & Splinters Quest)

If you choose Attack The Humans
You will fight a band of Deserters and two squads of Brigands. When you defeat the enemies you get Order points and some gold. This is the easier fight of the two and the “good guy” choice. Mark, the nearby Recruiter, will unlock Dwarven Militiamen to recruit. The nearby dwarf camp survives and you get 300 Gold and Soldier’s Boots. When you return to town you see the Dwarves delivering lumber

If you choose Attack The Dwarves
If you choose to attack the Dwarves you will face off against some Dogs of War and Dwarven Militiamen. Lupin and Rald appreciate the help and will continue with their plans to siege the castles supplies. They then give you some vendor trash and gold. You get Anarchy Points for this choice. The nearby Recruiter, Mark, will unlock Brigands to recruit. A small group of humans occupies the nearby town and kills the dwarves camping nearby. You loot the warehouse for 300 Gold and Soldier’s Boots.

Destroy The Prison Golems Or Pacify The Golems With The Help Of Their Master (The Ruins of New Hope)

If you choose Destroy the Prison Golems
You get Power Points for this choice. This is your only choice as Aivor as you need to be the mage. You kill the Golems and get a Summon Golem spell.

If you choose Pacify the golems with the help of their master
You get Finesse Points for this choice. Unless you are playing the mage, you cannot make this choice. You solve a minor puzzle and then convince the mage to call off the Golems. You get a stoneskin scroll, a great spell that’s worth saving to learn.

Give The Note To Horace Or Tenebros (Enemies Among Men)

When you complete this part of the quest you get Gordian’s Ring, a legendary item with +50 Leadership and +1 Morale for Power. You still get the abandoned catacombs quest (which is also available when you give the deed to Bludgeon). In terms of rewards, this is the best choice to make.

If you give the Deed to Bludgeon
You get 500 gold if you give the deed to Bludgeon and you unlock Mercenaries and Free Archers in the nearby recruiter, he sends you on a quest to some Catacombs. This is a very hard quest as
