Geoff Keighley just can’t help himself, can he? The producer/presenter flippin’ loves drumming up hype and teasing things before his shows, and he’s doing it again with Gamescom Opening Night Live. The showcase is scheduled in for next week on the 25th August, but Keighley can’t wait that long to reveal some of the surprises.
He’s just recently teased what could be a Saints Row reboot of some sort, and now he’s announced a new look at LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga:
This game was announced back at E3 2019, and has since suffered one or two delays. It currently has a vague release window of 2024, but we’ve not seen the game at all for a long time. Finally, then, we’ll get to see a “world premiere new look” at this elusive title in a few days.
Skywalker Saga covers all nine of the main Star Wars flicks, charting the adventure from A New Hope through to The Rise of Skywalker. LEGO Star Wars games have always been a good time, and this one will be the most complete package yet.
Are you excited to see the game at Gamescom Opening Night Live? Shoot first in the comments section below.
