First of all, we hear from Fenix Simulations, which provided an update about its upcoming Airbus A320 CEO.

First of all, we get to see that with the latest update the aircraft runs with slightly higher frame rate than the default A320 NEO.

You can see a comparison below with Fenix’s portrayed in the first screenshot. That being said, the developer cautions that things may change with upcoming updates, but so far, so good.

We also get the confirmation that the developer is implementing the CPDLC screen, even if it’s still in early development, on top of a look at quite a few lovely vintage liveries, and some close-ups of the flight deck at night from the developer’s Discord.

Last, but not least, we hear that the aircraft should enter its internal beta testing phase in “a few short weeks.” You can find the full slew of information at the official blog post and the screenshots below.

Next, we take a new look at the Fokker F28 Fellowship by Just Flight, showing the flight deck and some external shots and liveries.

Last, but not least, DC Designs provided plenty of new screenshots and a development update for the F-14 Tomcat, also showcasing the brand new textures, which look really sleek.

The release date and pricing have been announced. It’ll launch on Just Flight’s store on August 19th priced at $34.99, including both F-14A and F-14B and the following liveries.

We also got a small update from PMDG, talking about the development status of its Boeing 737 package.

“Right now about 75% of the development team’s workflow is dedicated to getting the 737 into testing. We had originally planned to put the 737 into the hands of our beta team around 01AUG, but that timeline went up in flames when we learned through a blog-post that Microsoft had their Performance Plus update coming for the base platform. The new update sort of threw things into chaos around here and we haven’t made the sort of progress we had anticipated in July- but we are beginning to see forward progress on 737 once again and I am just itching to begin the preview process. Not much longer for that now!”

On the airport side of things, Tailstrike Designs provided us with a new gallery of screenshots of its upcoming Bergamo Orio al Serio International Airport (LIME), which appears to be making great progress.
