Ubisoft’s massively multiplayer extreme sports title Riders Republic was recently delayed into October, but fans itching to play the game needn’t worry. The publisher has revealed details about the impending beta test, which will allow participants to get some hands-on time with the game very soon.
The beta takes place from 23rd to 25th August, so it’s only for a weekend, but it seems players will have plenty to do. You’ll be able to take part in three of the game’s career paths, sampling Bike Races, Snow Tricks, and Air Sports. Various modes are included, such as the 50-player Mass Races, team-based Trick Battles, Free for All, and more.
Progress won’t carry over to the final game, but it sounds like you’ll be able to get a good feel for the game at the very least. PlayStation 5 and PS4 players can sign up for the beta here. If you’re willing to wait, the final game launches on 28th October. Will you be taking part in the Riders Republic beta? Put on your stabilisers in the comments section below.
