The tactical RPG Soup Raiders is coming to Switch, publisher SwissGames and developer Team KwaKwa have announced. A release window has not yet been decided at this time.
The game offers “a real-time grid-based battle system featuring lovely animal characters.” Players will set sail in a world of swashbuckling piratical adventure on an ocean of soup.

Soup Raiders is a wacky and fun tactical RPG with a real time battle system where pirate and merchant animals fight each other and the world is in a soup. Liberate the Western Soup from the grasps of Mr. Whale.

Soup Raiders was recently featured at Gamescom 2024, an online event that was held earlier this week. A number of other indie projects were also confirmed for Switch at the show such as Dark Deity, Trading Time, and Oaken – just to name a few.
