The second route in Train Sim World 2’s Rush Hour line will depart on time from 9th September, and will be available as part of the Rush Hour Season Ticket. Nahverkehr Dresden brings a “mix of S-Bahn, Regional, inter-city, and freight traffic”, and leverages the release’s new passenger variety and volume systems to create for a more authentic and immersive experience. “Nahverkehr Dresden also features brand new lighting and reflective signage that really brings the night to life,” a blog post reads.
You’ll be commandeering a large variety of different locos, including the DB BR 442 Talent 2 and the MRCE BR 185.5. This is the second of three major new route additions, with the final service depicting the Gatwick Express that runs from London Victoria through to Brighton. The game was recently updated and re-released on PS5, securing the largest Trophy set in PlayStation history. Have you been playing these new Rush Hour routes?
