Alongside its SSD and its 3D audio engine, the DualSense was one of the PS5’s most heavily marketed features in the lead-up to the console’s launch, with its adaptive triggers and haptic feedback promising greater immersion in games than ever before.
Now, the PS5 is still extremely young – it’s not even a year old at this point – so it’s still too soon to say whether or not the DualSense has lived up to all that hype- but already, there’s been more than a few games that have made use of the controller’s unique features in some pretty interesting ways.
