Ahead of its launch later this week, Arc System Works has released the launch trailer and opening movie for their flashy fighter Guilty Gear -Strive-.
The seventh mainline installment of the Guilty Gear series, Guilty Gear -Strive- serves as a complete reconstruction of the franchise. The title will feature 15 playable fighters at launch, including Sol Badguy, Ky Kiske, May, Axl Low, Chipp Zanuff, and Potemkin. New to the game are the samurai-like vampire Nagoriyuki and the special operations unit officer Giovanna.

Season Pass 1 will add five playable characters to the game, along with free updates like the combo maker. Additional customization features include the player match room and Digital Figure Mode.
The game will come out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and the PC via Steam on June 11, 2024. You can pre-purchase the title on Steam here.
