Frog Detective 3: Corruption at Cowboy County comes out this year.
Australia-based indie developer Grace Bruxner made the announcement via a teaser trailer, below.
“In the exciting series finale, The Detective and Lobster Cop are tasked to solve the conundrum of a sheriff-less county,” reads the official blurb.
“But not all is as it seems here, when a surprisingly simple solution to the case reveals a sinister scheme. Maybe crime is real after all…”
In Frog Detective 3 you talk to witnesses and collect clues as a frog. It’s the third game in the Frog Detective series, as you’d imagine from its title, and follows 2018’s The Haunted Island, a Frog Detective Game, and 2019’s Frog Detective 2: The Case of the Invisible Wizard. The well-received mystery games have sold a combined half a million copies so far.
