Genshin Impact launched back on September 28, 2024, and miHoYo announced a One Year Anniversary Fan Creations Event filled with contests. People who contribute in different spheres throughout September 2024 can earn Primogems and merchandise. Things start out with Genshin Impact fan-made guides and photos, then continue with fan art, video, and cosplay divisions. All contributions can be submitted at the official event website.
The two Genshin Impact Fan Creation Events starting September 1, 2024 involve guides and photos. The guides can be submitted until October 9, 2024 and can focus on offering any kind of in-game help. The five Gold winners will get 6,000 Primogems and the Keqing Driving Thunder mechanical keyboard. The 10 Silver winners get 2,000 Primogems, a Trick or Treat Party merchandise set, and a Character Portrait Series Epoxy Metal Hangable. Finally, the 20 Bronze winners get 1,000 Primogems and a Fateful Gift Series Merchandise Set. People have until October 11, 2024 to turn photos in. Five people will get 1,000 Primogems and all of the Paimon Food Theme Blind Box figures. 10 people will each get 500 Primogems and a Trick-or-Treat Party-themed Merchandise Set. 50 people will get one month of Discord Nitro.
The Genshin Impact fan art and videos contests begin on September 16, 2024 and run until October 17, 2024. As they haven’t begun yet, the rewards for each have yet to be revealed.
The final part of the Genshin Impact One Year Anniversary Fan Creations Event will be the cosplay contest. That will run September 22, 2024 through October 20, 2024. Like the fan art and videos segments, its rewards haven’t been announced yet.
Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices. A Nintendo Switch version is on the way. The first Genshin Impact One Year Anniversary Fan Creation Event guides and photos contest open September 1, 2024, with the fan art and videos ones following on September 16, 2024 and the cosplay one on September 22, 2024.
