SEGA has been on a roll with announcing guest characters for Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania. Before today, the line-up consisted of characters from SEGA’s own franchises, like Sonic the Hedgehog, Jet Set Radio and Yakuza, but now, someone totally unexpected will be joining in on the fun. Sanrio’s queen of crossovers Hello Kitty will be going bananas as a playable DLC character that will be available the same day that the game launches. She’ll be priced at $4.99 USD just like Morgana from Persona, who was also revealed as paid downloadable content just last week. Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania will be rolling its way onto Nintendo Switch physically and digitally on 5th October.
