When Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning was first announced, it was revealed that the remaster would be getting a brand new expansion at some point in the future. We still don’t really know what to expect, but the DLC is apparently in the “final stages of production” according to the game’s developer.
An official update reads: “It’s been a long time coming, but we’re finally ready to give you a peek behind the curtain of Re-Reckoning’s upcoming DLC: Fatesworn. We’re wrapping up the final stages of production and in the meantime, we’d like to share a preview of the world of Fatesworn. Introducing: Gale Crossing!”

Still not a whole lot to go on, but at least we know that the expansion is coming. Hopefully we hear more in the near future, but until then, let us know if you’ve played Re-Reckoning in the comments section below.
