Voice actor Dave Jackson recently took to Facebook to confirm that he would be playing the role of one police officer by the name of Captain McClane. In the post, he reveals that this character would be a part of the “new Grand Theft Auto” series.
This vague terming has fans anxious and excited at the same time, since it isn’t entirely confirmed whether this character would play a part in Grand Theft Auto 6 or GTA Online‘s future content. However, considering the fact that the voice actor isn’t apparently under an NDA – it seems fair to put one’s money on the latter possibility.
Rockstar currently has two Grand Theft Auto projects in the works for now – a still unconfirmed GTA Remaster Trilogy by Rockstar Dundee, as well as the next entry in the franchise which of course, is also unconfirmed. A plethora of rumors have surfaced over the years, some which seem to be most likely rubbish – read more on that through here.
