
Believe it or not, after 5 years since its initial release, Pokemon GO is still getting updates. In fact, next month features a special occasion on the Pokemon GO calendar. Earlier this month, Niantic announced Gible Community Day. Fans have been highly requesting Gible, a Land Shark Pokémon, receive more attention.
Gible Community Day, according to Niantic, is taking place on June 6th from 11am to 5pm local time. During the event, Gible will be appearing more frequently in the wild, you’ll be able to get the exclusive move Earth Power for evolving Gabite into Garchomp, Gible’s final evolution, and a a special one-time-purchase Community Day Box will be available for 1,280 PokéCoins that features 50 Ultra Balls, 5 Incense, 5 Lucky Eggs and an Elite Charged TM.
For $1, you’ll also be able to purchase the Gible Community Day-exclusive Special Research story, “Just a Nibble”. A couple of bonuses are also planned to occur. You’ll be able to get triple the experience for catching Pokemon, and Incense activated during the event will last for three hours
