The 22nd Tetris 99 Maximus Cup begins later this week

Ever since the game launched a couple of years ago, Tetris 99 has been doing Maximus Cup events every now and then. These usually happen to celebrate some first-party content that recently launched on the Nintendo Switch, usually a game, and the theme you can unlock during the event is usually based on what the first-party content is.

Well, Nintendo has announced Tetris 99‘s 22nd Maximus Cup. Starting on July 9th, players will have an opportunity to obtain the Mario Golf: Super Rush theme. This is to celebrate the launch of the game that happened 2 weeks ago. It concludes at 11:59 Pacific Time on July 12th. Nintendo of America tweeted the news, so you can see their tweet down below.
