New SMT V Screenshots Show Demonic and Human Allies

People can get a look at the friendly, and potentially unfriendly, faces that will meet them in Shin Megami Tensei V. Atlus shared an array of images taken from the game. All of the new SMT V screenshots are from the English version of the game, so people can get an idea of some skills and situations that will appear.

Many of the new images have to do with the Nahobino’s classmates. The player’s avatar isn’t the only person pulled into this other world. His friends Ichiro Dazai, Miyazu and Yuzuru Atsuta, and Tao Isonokami are as well. The SMT V screenshots with them offer a better look at the characters. Some also include a bit of text to offer ideas of what interactions with them will be like in the game.

However, the majority of the new images involve screenshots of SMT V battles. People can see lots of new and returning demons facing off against each other and alongside the Nahobino. There’s also one image showing how demons you encounter in the field might not be antagonistic. Nahobino is talking with Angel, who pledges to protect humans they come across while asking the player to head in to face a greater evil.

Shin Megami Tensei V will come to the Nintendo Switch in Japan on November 11, 2024 and worldwide on November 12, 2024.
