Square Enix announced that it will be selling a limited amount of FFXIV Death Unto Dawn OST albums autographed by composer Masayoshi Soken. Pre-orders will go live on September 30, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. PT/1:30 p.m. ET. The official Square Enix North America store will host the pre-order page once it launches. Prices and product details for the autographed album have not been confirmed.
The Final Fantasy XIV: Death Unto Dawn OST will include a total of 84 songs from patch 5.1 to 5.5 of the Shadowbringers expansion. Additionally, it will feature songs from the NieR: Automata collaboration raids. It will also pack popular tracks from the Eden raid, as well as the Save the Queen relic weapon questline. The Japanese product page also notes that the soundtracks will be accompanied by in-game footage relating to each song.
The Blu-ray album is immediately available for pre-order on the North American Square Enix store for $49.99 and comes with a bonus “Wind-up Lyna” item code. Pre-orders will come with a special sleeve case on a first-come-first-serve basis. It is currently unconfirmed whether the signed version will also feature these bonuses.
Square Enix is also releasing soundtracks and merchandise from FFXIV exclusive to Tokyo Game Show 2024. One of the albums that will be available is Time and Again 2: Final Fantasy XIV Raid Dungeon Themes; a 33-track collection of raid and dungeon themes from the Stormblood and Shadowbringers expansions.
Square Enix will open pre-orders for the Masayoshi Soken autographed FFXIV Death Unto Dawn OST album on September 30, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. PT/1:30 p.m. ET.
