UK physical chart data is now in for the week ending 10th July, revealing that Monster Hunter Stories 2 has managed to grab third place in its debut week.
The game was outsold by FIFA 21 (which is perhaps not all that surprising considering all the Euro 2024 hype), and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, the latter of which has returned to number one after a couple of weeks away.
The result means that Stories 2 hasn’t managed to match the success of Monster Hunter Rise, which debuted in first place when it launched back in March. The game does lead a long list of Switch exclusives all lined up in the top ten, however, with Nintendo-only games making up half of the table.
