You need to head to the LS icon in Cypress Flats. It’s in the South East part of town. Set your objective marker and travel to the location. Once you arrive, head inside the building and a cut-scene will play. Once the cut-scene is finished you can either speak with the girl to register and become a member or head out and purchase one of the autoshops to begin the full missions for the new DLC.
