D&D-inspired Monster Lord 2: Destiny is out on iOS and Android today | Articles

CYCLOPS Studio is releasing its role-playing game Monster Lord 2: Destiny on iOS and Android today after a short beta period.

Monster Lord 2: Destiny is an RPG inspired by Dungeons & Dragons where you play as a monster tamer in the fantasy realm known as Ufatall. As time passes, your character begins to experience unusual events surrounding these monsters and you must solve the mystery of what exactly is going on.

This means building up a team of powerful friendly monsters to help unravel more of the truth and finish the quest. While you’re out on this journey, you can capture any monster you battle and can then sell them to merchants or train them to fight with you.

Altogether there are about a hundred different monsters roaming the world, each with their own stats, elements and skills which may prove useful in combat or fetch a nice price on the market.

You can also upgrade their skills and abilities according to their preferences, which will allow you to maximise the team’s strength in battle.

As it’s inspired by the popular tabletop role-playing game Dungeons & Dragons, you can expect to find features commonly found in those games and other RPGs too. This includes meeting villagers who can offer you guild quests, allow you to trade items, train monsters and even play minigames while on your adventure.

You can download Monster Lord 2: Destiny today on the iOS App Store and the Google Play for Android store, where it is a free to play game containing adverts and in-app purchases. It is available in either English or Chinese languages.
