Senran Kagura X Hyperdimension Neptunia Crossover Reveals Genderbent Goh From Shinobido With New Trailer

Apparently, creating a crossover between Senran Kagura and Hyperdimension Neptunia wasn’t enough for Compile Heart.

Apparently having a crossover between Senran Kagura and Hyperdimension Neptunia wasn’t enough for Senran Nin Nin Ninja Taisen Neptunia: Shojo-Tachi no Kyoen creators Compile Heart.

Today they announced another character that will appear in the game, and it’s a familiar one. Yet, he comes from a completely different series.

Did I Say “he?” actually it’s “she” because the game is getting Goh “The Crow” fom Aquire’s 2005 ninja game Shinobido: Way of the Ninja, but it’s the genderbent version. Unsurprisingly, they turned the stern Asuka ninja into a waifu.

You thought Senran Kagura and Hyperdimension Neptunia was all we were getting? Well… Think again.

Senran Nin Nin Ninja Taisen Neptunia: Shojo-Tachi no Kyoen, which will finally bring the Senran Kagura series back to consoles, will release in Japan for PS4 on August 26, developed by Tamsoft and published by Compile Heart.

The title translates into into Senran Nin Nin Ninja Great War Neptunia: The Girls’ Shine. If you want to see more, you can enjoy the previous trailer and screenshots and the initial announcement.

At the moment, no western release has been announced, but I would be surprised if the game didn’t come to North America and Europe at some point in the future, likely from Idea Factory International. We’ll have to wait for an official announcement.
